Path Recruitment is seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Specialist to join their team. As a Plant Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining construction plant hire equipment to an extremely high standard, including diagnosing faults, servicing, and performing PDIs on site. You will also carry out breakdown repairs on construction plant machinery and perform routine services on plant equipment such as diggers, dumpers, Vogel pavers, excavators, paving machines, and Bomag rollers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with dumpers, rollers, excavators, dozers, pavers, and traditional heavy plant/plant hire equipment. They will also have worked in positions such as engineer, mechanic, plant fitter, mobile plant fitter, workshop plant fitter, service fitter, service engineer, service technician, heavy plant engineer, or plant mechanic. An NVQ in Plant Maintenance or equivalent is desirable.

The successful candidate will be able to deliver high standards and be a good asset to the engineering team. They will also have the opportunity to receive specialist training to become a leading Plant Maintenance Specialist.

Benefits of the role include a salary of up to £38k DOE + overtime at an additional rate, Monday to Friday working hours, 22 days holiday + bank holidays, and specialist training.
