Job Description

The Senior Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for ensuring the company's processes align with both internal and external standards, particularly ISO 9001:2015. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality management and health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS).
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for customer audits, service reviews, and quality-related issues.
  3. Monitor QMS performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure ongoing suitability and effectiveness.
  4. Manage document control, reviewing and updating critical documents regularly.
  5. Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement within the QMS.
  6. Collaborate with the Business Director to implement health and safety improvement plans.

This role offers an estimated salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a company pension scheme, on-site parking, and company events.
