Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will be a key member of the Senior Management Team with responsibility for leading and developing strategic quality management initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee health and safety aspects within the Quality Department.
  2. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental Policies.
  3. Manage and maintain Risk Assessments within area of responsibility.
  4. Verify contractor sign-in procedures and work permits.
Quality Strategy:
  • Facilitate and oversee 8D/root cause analysis problem solving and risk management processes to identify, contain, and correct customer quality issues.
  • Manage IATF and QMS in line with established procedures and customer quality standards.
  • Drive quality improvements through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze customer quality data to trend, measure, and correct customer quality concerns.
  • Develop and implement Cost of Quality reduction plans and strategies.

Estimated salary range: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum. Benefits include:
