Data Centre QS

We are seeking an experienced Data Centre QS to join our team at Salter Grange. As a Data Centre QS, you will be responsible for overseeing the quantity surveying duties on data centre projects in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day commercial and contract activities.
- Negotiate and draft Final Accounts, including claims for loss and expense, delay and disruption, and any time extensions.
- Maximise cash flow through prompt submission of Monthly Valuations with full and accurate supporting documentation in accordance with the contract.
Requirements:
- Experience working on large-scale, complex construction projects.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of the construction industry and its various forms of contract.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of approximately €90,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including accommodation, flights, travel, and bonus.
