Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support.
  • Case manage residents and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that care plans are created and delivered effectively.
  • Administer and record medication, ensuring that residents receive the correct medication at the right time.
  • Carry out risk assessments to identify potential risks and take steps to mitigate them.
  • Work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and improve care services.
