Job Title: Domestic Repairs Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Domestic Repairs Supervisor to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of qualified gas engineers and multi-skilled trades operatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality domestic and gas commercial servicing programs.

About the Role

As a Domestic Repairs Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Line managing a team of qualified gas engineers and multi-skilled trades operatives
  • Ensuring the operational management of the team to deliver domestic and gas commercial servicing programs
  • Managing gas compliance responsibilities and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Producing and validating the annual gas servicing program and scheduling appointments
  • Providing written reports to the Senior Management Group and maintaining statistical records for reporting
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in the gas delivery service sector
  • A working knowledge of health and safety protocols and compliance responsibilities
  • Experience working within a gas delivery service, ideally within the social housing sector
  • A gas management qualification (NVQ level 3 in gas management or similar) or be willing to achieve this within the first 2 years
  • The following gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HRT1
