About the Role: As a Sales & Events Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating events from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring all client requirements are met. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth event delivery and execution, providing on-site support for events and overseeing set-up, guest experience, and ensuring all aspects run according to plan.

The key responsibilities include:
  1. Lead the planning and coordination of events from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring all client requirements are met.
  2. Create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, logistics, and key deliverables for internal teams.
  3. Coordinate closely with internal departments (operations, catering, technical teams) to ensure smooth event delivery and execution.
  4. Manage post-event feedback, debriefs, and ensure clients are satisfied with the service provided.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in catering event sales and planning.
  • Experience in client-facing sales roles, with a focus on events, hospitality, or catering.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring each is delivered flawlessly.
  • Creative and innovative approach to event planning, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional events.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum + Bonus
