About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Care Team Lead to join our team at Mayflower Court. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents
- Work closely with the home managers to oversee the day-to-day supervision of staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Champion our residents' independence by providing creative solutions to empower them to make informed choices
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A natural ability to motivate and lead a team
