Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a Primary school in the borough of Richmond. The successful candidate will work closely with a child with Cerebral Palsy on a 1:1 basis and provide support in different classes as needed.

About the Role:

  • Provide 1:1 support to a child with Cerebral Palsy in Year 3
  • Work closely with the SENCo to deliver the child's educational health plan
  • Support in different classes as needed
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists and other professionals to ensure the child's needs are met

Requirements:

  • Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly Cerebral Palsy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • Competitive daily rate of £85-£105
  • Term-time only contract
  • Opportunity to work with a child with Cerebral Palsy and gain experience in SEN
