About the Role

As a talented PA and administrator, you will provide day-to-day support to our MD, Senior Management and Operational teams, managing the cycle of Operational meetings, Board meetings and sub-committees, including supporting the production of meeting papers and reports, taking minutes, and liaising with colleagues to review and follow up actions. Coordinating and supporting projects is also a key part of the role, alongside data collection and reporting, and you will be a key point of liaison with the Trust¿s Central Support Services support teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the MD, Senior Management and Operational teams
  • Manage the cycle of Operational meetings, Board meetings and sub-committees
  • Support the production of meeting papers and reports
  • Take minutes and liaise with colleagues to review and follow up actions
  • Coordinate and support projects
  • Collect and report data
  • Liaise with the Trust¿s Central Support Services support teams

About You

We are looking for a talented PA and administrator who is experienced in a similar role, coordinating the activities of a busy senior management team and between a Board and its sub-committees. You will need to be skilled at communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and have a diplomatic approach. You will be resilient, flexible and results focussed, with excellent listening skills and be highly organised. You will need to have excellent computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
