Job Title: Immigration Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Specialist to join our People and Culture team at Allianz Popular SL. As an Immigration Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by providing expert advice on immigration regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on immigration policies and procedures.
  2. Assist with employee relations and advisory matters, including maternity and family-friendly processes, performance management, absence, disciplinary actions, grievances, and restructures.
  3. Stay updated with employment laws and regulations, providing guidance to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
  4. Partner with external immigration advisers to initiate and manage visa applications, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience of working in a generalist HR/People and Culture role within a commercial environment.
  2. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
  3. Experience of SAP Success Factors is desirable.
