We are looking for a talented Clinical Excellence Specialist to join our team and support our customers through their treatment journey. As a Clinical Excellence Specialist, you will work closely with our Chief Medical Officer and other Medical Advisers to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care.

The role involves proactively reviewing customer eligibility for health policy benefits, signposting them to other eligible services, and using clinical skills to make informed decisions on complex treatment eligibility. You will also work with providers to ensure that care is appropriate to need and eligible under the customer's policy.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant clinical qualification (e.g., undergraduate or postgraduate in life sciences, nursing, paramedic, or physiotherapy) or significant clinical experience (e.g., pharmaceutical or theatre technician). A willingness to act as front-line support to our customers via all communication channels is also essential.

The estimated salary for this role is £31,170 per year, rising to £33,155 on successful completion of probation. The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00, with flexible working patterns considered.
