Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team in the Emergency Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operational flow, focusing on patient flow and monitoring, maintaining, and updating Medway with regards to patient flow within the ED.

Main Responsibilities
  • Attend daily nursing and medical handovers to review and discuss issues raised from the medical handover.
  • Support formal nursing and medical handovers occur as allocated times as per MC and NIC SOPs.
