First Clinical Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Patient Flow Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient flow management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-level patient flow strategies to ensure the Trust meets daily bed capacity requirements.
  • Liaise with General Managers/Service Managers to develop service, capacity, and winter plans that align with organisational objectives.
  • Communicate local patient flow objectives and ensure their achievement through effective strategy implementation.
  • Provide strategic leadership to Site Management and Discharge Teams, guiding them towards successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate the implementation of hospital admission and discharge policies, ensuring seamless patient flow.
  • Evaluate and embed the Trust Internal Capacity and Escalation management process for improved efficiency.
  • Contribute to the participation and delivery of the Urgent Care Program, driving quality care initiatives.
  • Support the delivery of relevant elements of the Trust QIPP and transformation programs, ensuring strategic alignment.

Estimated Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum (dependent on experience), with a daily rate of £650 - £800.
