About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled CX Adoption Specialist to join our team at Computacenter. As a key member of our Cisco Solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and delivering new CX services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new technical CX services based on use cases, exit criteria, and business outcomes.
- Ensure that established CX services are continuously updated, adapted, and delivered with high quality, working closely with the CX Adoption Specialist.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for sales and consultancy teams.
- Collaborate with CX Team, Solution Management, and Sales Leadership to ensure design alignment.
- Establish standards for CX services, enabling nearshoring delivery.
- Support the Customer Success Manager in complex customer situations, defining and tracking relevant KPIs for measuring customer success.
- Continuously develop your expertise, leveraging internal and external Cisco resources.
- Present the CX service portfolio at internal and external events.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cisco Software Consultant.
- Excellent knowledge of the Cisco software portfolio, use cases, smart accounts, and Cisco licensing options.
- Strong analytical skills, structured approach, and high learning capacity.
- Established network and contacts with Cisco Business Units and Computacenter Sales and Consultancy Team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Desirable certifications: Cisco Software Black Belt and CX Black Belt, Cisco Customer Success Manager, Cisco technology certifications.
