Aspire People are seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to join their team in Wollaton, supporting children in EYFS and KS1. This full-time position comes with an immediate start until the end of the academic year.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). They will also develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and implement strategies to support student progress.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEN.
  • Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure student well-being and academic success.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching methods as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly within EYFS or KS1.
  • A strong understanding of early childhood development and special education practices.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
