Lead the Way in Early Years Care

At Grandir UK, we're seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a 3rd in Charge. As a key member of our nursery team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the educational and care experience for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a nurturing environment that supports the unique needs of each child
  • Maintain high-quality childcare practices, ensuring compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with children, staff, parents, and carers
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Assist in setting and reviewing individual targets with staff, driving continuous improvement
  • Take on additional responsibilities, including playroom management, as needed
  • Ensure efficient use of resources, staying within agreed budgets
