About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the UK's most beautiful forest environments and be part of a dynamic and growing business. As our ideal candidate, you will have excellent time management skills, be self-motivated, and have a love for the outdoors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the exterior and interior maintenance and décor of our cabins to ensure everything is in excellent working order.
  • Oversee the management of our bike fleet and bike hire centre.
  • Ensure the Facilities Team are supported and motivated, given regular performance reviews and adequate training in their role.
  • Manage guest feedback through our guest feedback platform, ensuring comments and scores are regularly shared with your team.
  • Manage a Planned Maintenance Tracker to ensure all equipment is regularly serviced within budget.
  • Manage departmental budget and work with the rest of the management team to utilize revenue opportunities on location.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £28,995 per annum.
  • The opportunity to live-in accommodation with all utilities included, saving around £10,000 annually.
  • Savings on cabin breaks with up to 20% off or travel last minute for just £75 a cabin.
  • An annual bonus of up to 15% based on personal and company performance.
