Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at ZipRecruiter. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role and drive the delivery of exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong background in facilities management, with experience of driving quality and compliance across an organisation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions, managing budgets, and maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all aspects of facilities operations, ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing clear and concise data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs, enhancing staff knowledge and skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities management, preferably in the residential sector.
- Proven experience of driving quality and compliance across an organisation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
- A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as property management or facilities management.
