Analytical Scientist, Process Development and Characterization

We're a quality and innovation-led viral vector CDMO with a mission to enable our clients to deliver life-changing therapies to patients around the world. As an Analytical Scientist, you'll play a crucial role in planning, executing, and reporting the results of analytical assays to support upstream and downstream process development activities.
Your responsibilities will include performing analytical assays, carrying out laboratory-based assays, contributing to troubleshooting and technical investigations, and contributing to the writing, revision, and review of SOPs and technical reports.
We're looking for a minimum BSc Degree programme level, a postgraduate degree, and/or relevant experience. You'll need to demonstrate OXB's core values of responsible, responsive, resilience, and respect to deliver high-quality analytical assays in a timely manner. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
