Role Overview
GSL Education is recruiting an experienced MFL Teacher to join a highly achieving school in Boston. As a dedicated language educator, you will inspire students to develop a love of languages and cultures.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate teacher who can deliver engaging lessons that build both linguistic skills and cultural understanding. You will be responsible for teaching French and/or Spanish to students at KS3 and KS4.
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative and immersive language lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum requirements
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes student progress and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance language department initiatives
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
Requirements
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching French and/or Spanish at KS3 and KS4
- Ability to create engaging lesson materials and assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of £31,650 - £49,084 per annum. As a valued member of our team, you will also have access to opportunities for career growth and professional development.
