Job Description
  • Manage teams on-site across Pontefract Trust & Leeds, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Be accountable for motivating and managing a team, controlling budgets, and ensuring ongoing team communications.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including management reporting and client liaison.
Requirements
  • A genuine interest in customer service excellence and a focus on the front line.
  • Proven team leader experience, self-motivation, and ability to work well unsupervised.
  • Previous experience within catering is desirable.
