Key Responsibilities:


  • Food Preparation: Prepare delicious, high-quality food that meets our standards and exceeds our customers' expectations.
  • Menu Development: Contribute to the creation of new menus and creative food concepts that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of culinary professionals to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Customer Feedback: Listen and act on customer feedback to continuously improve our food services.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Food Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:




  • Culinary Expertise: Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent and demonstrate a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
  • Leadership Skills: Have experience supervising a team and leading kitchen operations.
  • Culinary Experience: Have experience in a similar chef role and hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Flexibility: Be able to adapt to changing kitchen demands and maintain a flexible approach to working.
