Job Title: Clinical Oncology Specialist Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Oncology Specialist Nurse to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with cancer and their families.

Job Summary:
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with cancer, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting independence and self-management.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and guidelines, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with best practice.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a culture of excellence in patient care, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
