Data Analyst Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a key member of our Technology department, you will play a crucial role in delivering technology capability to support our employees in performing their duties.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to create and maintain data models, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain metadata, including relationships and calculation logic, using data modelling tools.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and efficient delivery of data services.
- Design and develop data pipelines and solutions to integrate data from multiple systems and make it easily available for analysis in the cloud.
- Lead and conduct projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support, using SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Promote innovation, best practice, and continual improvement across the team, researching new technologies and developing business cases for data initiatives.
- Monitor data pipelines and analytics workloads for uptime, compliance, governance, and quality, managing alerts and remediation when issues arise.
- Degree, management qualification, or relevant professional qualification, with SAP Analytics Cloud certification.
- Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent knowledge and ability.
- Experience with SAP Analytics tools, including SAP Application Associate - SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Datasphere certified, or equivalent experience.
- Recent experience in a similar role, with at least one full implementation of designing and developing analytic applications using SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Proven understanding of SAP data structures in modules within ECC, S/4HANA, and/or other cloud products.
- Working knowledge of data management and good practice principles.
- Substantial experience in analysing, diagnosing, and resolving data integration issues.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale data migration projects.
