Job Title: Lead Data Analyst

Sanctuary Group is a leading provider of housing, care, and commercial services in the UK. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst to join our team in Worcester.

About the Role

The Lead Data Analyst will be responsible for engaging with business stakeholders to create and maintain data models, producing metadata and documentation, and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud and experience in leading and conducting SAC projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and solutions to integrate data from multiple systems
  • Design and develop analytic applications using SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Manage and monitor data pipelines and analytics workloads for uptime, compliance, governance, and quality
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models
  • Produce and maintain metadata and documentation to accompany data models
Requirements
  • Degree, management qualification, or relevant professional qualification
  • Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent knowledge and ability
  • SAP Analytics tools experience, including SAP Application Associate - SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) certification
  • Recent experience in a similar role
  • At least one full implementation of designing and developing analytic applications using SAP Analytics Cloud
