Lead Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a key member of our Technology department, you will play a crucial role in delivering technology capability to support our employees in performing their duties.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to create and maintain data models, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain metadata, documentation, and data visualisation tools to support data-driven decision making.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of data services.
- Design and develop data pipelines and solutions to integrate data from multiple systems and make it easily available for analysis.
- Lead and conduct projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
- Promote innovation, best practice, and continual improvement across the team, and support the research of new technologies and their suitability for the Group.
- Ensure data pipelines and analytics workloads are proactively monitored for uptime, compliance, governance, and quality.
- Degree, management qualification, or relevant professional qualification, including SAP Analytics Cloud certification.
- Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent knowledge and ability.
- Experience of undertaking a similar role, with a proven understanding of SAP data structures and data management principles.
- Substantial experience of analysing, diagnosing, and resolving data integration issues, and managing large-scale data migration projects.
