Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Chef Director, Catering Managers, and Site Leads in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the Chef Director, Catering Managers, and Site Leads, ensuring effective communication and coordination across the team.
  • Proactively plan and manage logistics, including planning and managing change and challenges as they arise.
  • Monitor feedback from sites and provide updates to the kitchen team on quantities and quality of dishes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety and food safety legislation.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly operations reports and monthly management information.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar business in a similar operational role, or as a General Manager or Catering Manager.
  • Ability to work 40 hours Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cover occasional evening events.
