Manufacturing Team Member

At beBee Professionals, we are hiring a skilled Manufacturing Team Member to contribute to our Woking-based operation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring seamless production processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Safely operate machinery and equipment, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
- Effectively assemble products, following detailed specifications and guidelines.
- Inspect finished products, identifying and reporting any defects or irregularities.
- Meet production targets and deadlines, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment, promoting a positive work atmosphere.
- Support health and safety initiatives, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to manage stock levels and optimize packing processes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is highly beneficial.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Physical fitness necessary for manual handling tasks, including lifting and carrying.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
