Be the Face of Our Business

We're seeking a Retail Assistant who will deliver exceptional customer service for a major High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. You'll join a team that takes pride in their work, food, and most importantly, their people.

As a Retail Assistant, you'll contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment. You'll have every opportunity to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognizes employees who go beyond the plate.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Serve customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalized experience
  • Be knowledgeable about our service and help customers with natural, engaging service
  • Represent M&S and maintain a positive brand image
  • Handle cash and operate the cash register
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations
