As a Sales Associate, you will be working as part of our store team in a luxury retail environment where you will share a passion for our brand and our values with our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to drive sales and meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
  • Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization are addressed in an appropriate manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with current fashion and market trends to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within hospitality/retail.
  • Hardworking with great communication skills.
  • Interest in Fashion/Retail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to multitask in high-pressure situations.
  • Passionate about driving sales using digital platforms.
