Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality support to clients, promoting independence and enhancing their well-being.
- Manage challenging behaviors with patience, understanding, and tailored strategies, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
- Assist with daily tasks, provide companionship, and align care with individual care plans, building strong relationships with our clients.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £13.45 per hour, paid weekly.
- Flexibility: full or part-time hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Specialized training: free courses tailored to supporting challenging behaviors, plus NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications.

- A referral bonus: earn £250 for every friend you refer.
- Travel expenses paid up to 45p per mile.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
- Experience or a willingness to learn strategies for autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
- A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
