Educational Learning Assistant

In this Academic Development Coordinator role, you will work with teachers to deliver inclusive learning programs for children with EAL needs. You will be responsible for working 1:1 or in small groups to support pupils' academic growth and collaborating with professionals to aid pupil development. To be successful in this role, you will need to have gained hands-on experience in working with children, preferably those with SEN and EAL needs.
