**Role Overview**

The successful candidate will have a degree in Health & Social Care or a related field and at least one year of experience working with children and adults with complex needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

**Ideal Candidate**

  • Bachelor's Degree from a leading UK University
  • Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Level 2 Child & Adult Safeguarding, prior experience moving and handling
  • Prior experience working with wheelchair users
  • Prior experience working with neurodivergent people in an educational capacity
  • Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices
