Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Forecasting and Planning Leader to join our team at Shiseido Company, Limited in London. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering our commercial strategies and achieving operational goals.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain management. You will be responsible for leading the sales and operations planning process, generating and calibrating statistical forecasts, and partnering with commercial and marketing teams to assess market information.

You will also be responsible for building holistic new product launch and animation forecasts, leading monthly gap analysis between demand and financial plans, and controlling purchasing and supply of all point-of-sale materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales and operations planning process
  • Generate and calibrate statistical forecasts
  • Partner with commercial and marketing teams
  • Build holistic new product launch and animation forecasts
  • Lead monthly gap analysis
  • Control purchasing and supply of point-of-sale materials

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in demand planning and forecasting
  • Advanced knowledge of demand planning systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
