As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining accurate sales forecasts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions, and developing solutions to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs. Your expertise will help us make informed business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical and dental insurance, discounted gym memberships, and onsite mental health support.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of two years' experience in demand planning or a related field. A degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science, is preferred. You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn new software quickly. Experience with demand planning tools, such as FuturMaster and SAP, is a plus.
