Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Material Control team as a Business Development Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of innovative projects and contributing to the continuous improvement of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines, ensuring timely completion and delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Utilize industry-leading software, including SAP and Microsoft Office applications, to manage and track project progress.
  • Organize and prioritize workload to ensure effective time management and meet deadlines.
  • Review and manage service orders from receipt to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery to customers.
  • Link relevant drawings and work instructions to service orders, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding project progress, delays, and potential impact on customer forecasts.
  • Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
