Job Description

Job Title: Product Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at First Achieve Ltd. As a Product Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our product development process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review technical specifications and design documents to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Deliver timely and meaningful feedback to cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Implement quality plans and develop and manage quality control and assurance procedures
  • Ensure all contract requirements are met and maintain NDE qualification records
  • Perform measurement tasks and control contract quality plans, ensuring real-time status updates
  • Provide quality support across Sales, Operations, Production Engineering, Manufacturing, and Testing teams
  • Check material certifications and compile data books for customer projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and SolidWorks
  • Full UK passport (single nationality) and a valid driving license
  • Knowledge of GS3001 (RR Supplier Quality Management system requirements)
  • Experience in the aerospace or automotive industries
  • Experience with Epicor Systems (job planning)
