Nursing Home Management Position

We are searching for a talented and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead our luxury nursing home in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality care, strong business acumen, and marketing skills.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, creating an environment that promotes dignity and independence, striving for excellence through the highest standards of care.
  • You will ensure that the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support.
  • You will develop and implement a well-thought-out marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the homes services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders.
