Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our Housing Operations team at Bradford Council.

About the Role

As an Administration Officer, you will provide administrative support to our team, handling queries from the public, colleagues, and external agencies. You will also assist with the delivery of adaptations for disabled people, empty homes, and home improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Housing Operations team
  • Handle queries from the public, colleagues, and external agencies
  • Assist with the delivery of adaptations for disabled people, empty homes, and home improvements
  • Act as a first point of contact for members of the public and other stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience of office/clerical work, including dealing with queries from the public and communicating effectively with colleagues. You must also be able to pick up working with key IT systems and follow complex internal processes.

Working Arrangements

This is a half-time position, working 18.5 hours per week. The role is permanent and based at Britannia House, Hall Ings, Bradford.
