About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team at VolkerFitzpatrick Limited. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of our civil engineering projects, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality civil engineering projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, identifying and implementing corrective actions as necessary
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure long-term project success
Requirements
  • Proven experience in civil engineering project management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
