Strategic Business Growth Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced On-Trade commercial expert to lead business growth initiatives for premium brands across the UK. This exciting opportunity requires someone with skills in winning new business, negotiations, and target-driven approach.

Job Summary

This role involves identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to drive business growth for premium brands, developing and executing a territory plan, collaborating with internal teams to ensure database alignment and maximize opportunity, creating and executing compelling marketing and commercial tenders in partnership with relevant departments, and managing full account responsibility with guidance from leadership, including budget and discretionary investments.

Main Objectives:
  • To drive business growth for premium brands across the UK
  • To develop and execute a territory plan that capitalizes on market opportunities
  • To collaborate with internal teams to ensure database alignment and maximize opportunity

In addition, you will work cross-functionally with colleagues to enhance impact, identify opportunities, and collaborate effectively across the sector, coordinate with distribution and sales teams to ensure product availability and secure new product listings, utilize wholesale data to strengthen and expand brand presence, monitor and respond to changes in wholesale order performance, onboard and support new accounts, and leverage sponsorship events and local partnerships to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Salary and Benefits:
  • £45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus travel allowance and bonus
