**Role Summary**

Sellick Partnership (Legal) Limited is seeking a highly skilled planning lawyer to fill the role of Highways Law Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advising on highways law, drafting and negotiating s106 agreements, and providing planning and enforcement advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on highways law to clients
  • Drafting and negotiating s106 agreements with local authorities and developers
  • Assisting with the preparation of certificates of lawful use
  • Representing clients at Committees in Somerset

Requirements:

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a local authority setting. A strong understanding of highways law and s106 agreements is essential for this position.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
