We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Independent Technical Assessors for National Highway Sector Schemes. As an Independent Technical Assessor, you will evaluate accredited bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the highway sector.

The role involves assessing inspection and verification processes, evaluating technical competence, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to address any compliance issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and standards within the industry.

The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, with strong knowledge of highway construction and maintenance practices. Experience in quality assurance, auditing, or compliance assessment is preferred, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of highway construction and maintenance projects
  • Evaluating compliance with National Highway Sector Schemes standards
  • Providing detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Civil engineering, construction management, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of highway construction and maintenance practices
  • Quality assurance, auditing, or compliance assessment experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
