Key Responsibilities
  • To assess patients' physical and mental health needs and develop treatment plans to address these needs
  • To provide physiotherapy services to older adults with complex physical and mental health needs
  • To work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that every patient receives comprehensive care
Person Specification
  • Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Registration HCPC
  • Good knowledge of general Physiotherapy work
  • Ability to work independently with no direct supervision
  • Able to work collaboratively with MDT

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Benefits include access to ongoing training and support, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
