About the RoleThis is a rotational post, where you will have the opportunity to work with all outpatient physiotherapy teams across North Devon, and orthopaedics at North Devon District Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be supported by experienced clinicians to help you reach your potential and involved in mentoring Band 5 Physiotherapists, Support Workers, apprentices, and undergraduate physiotherapy students.

Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Mentor and support junior staff members to help them develop their skills and confidence.
- Participate in training sessions and special interest groups to enhance your knowledge and expertise.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
