Family and Relationship Specialist for Children in Need

Salary:

Up to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Family and Relationship Specialist to join our team, working with children and families who require intensive support to overcome complex challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for systemic therapy and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide systemic therapeutic interventions to children and their families, addressing complex needs and behaviours.
  • To work closely with health and education professionals, developing creative solutions to meet the emotional and mental health needs of children.
  • To take a clinical lead in group supervision, supporting staff development and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counselling).
  • Experience working with complex family systems and systemic therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
