About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Companionship and Care Specialist to join our team. As a Companionship and Care Specialist, you will provide personalized support and care to clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assisting with daily activities, personal care, and managing medical conditions
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families
Requirements

To be successful as a Companionship and Care Specialist, you will require:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driver's license (advantageous but not required)
