Located in a picturesque setting, Marlborough Court Care Home offers a unique blend of comfort and convenience. With 78 well-appointed bedrooms, a range of social lounges, and beautiful outdoor spaces, our home provides a warm and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the care home.
- Manage the reception area, handling telephone calls, correspondence, and visitor inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Prepare and submit accurate records, including timesheets, payroll summaries, and meeting minutes.
- Offer typing support, utilizing Microsoft Office to maintain corporate standards and confidentiality.
- Coordinate the duty rota, liaise with Bank and Agency staff, and distribute mail efficiently.
- Support the recruitment process, ensuring all paperwork and documentation is complete.
- Maintain accurate records of residents' documentation, including financial contracts, invoices, and payments.
- Provide financial invoicing and information to clients, resolving queries and chasing late payments.
- Process Social Services Assessment forms, invoice, and liaise with the Finance department.
- Prepare and submit data on petty cash and wages totals, and match supplier invoices with delivery notes.
- Offer a welcoming and professional telephone and reception service to the public and relatives.
- Attend training courses and maintain client, staff, and business confidentiality.
- Prepare and maintain stationery orders, stock, and records.
