Job Title: Business Analyst - Student Information Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at the University of Hull. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding and translating business requirements into efficient and effective solutions using the Student Information Systems (SITS) platform.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in SITS implementations and projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, streamline processes, and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into efficient and effective solutions using the SITS platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and drive improvements
  • Streamline processes and drive operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of IT service management
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proven track record in SITS implementations and projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
